Facilities
Quartet is ideally situated on a secure site just 10 minutes from J37 of M1 and 15 minutes from J39 of the A1 with over 20,000 square feet of warehousing and packing space.
There is also a large outside storage area in which we are able to accommodate containers thus enabling us to deal with the repacking of goods from overseas. The estate is manned 24 hours a day with security guards.
Labelling
Quartet has a high speed labelling machine enabling us to design and print labels including barcodes, at short notice for our clients if required.
Food & Gift Clean room
Quartet has 2200 sq ft clean room that has recently passed BRC & accreditation by Marks and Spencer to handle pre packed food gifts. Systems are in place to ensure quality, hygiene, foreign contamination, temperature & pests are regulary monitored and controlled.
Picking and Packing
We can store up to 400 pallets on site at any one time at very competitive rates. Storage in most cases is required for clients requiring a picking and packing service for goods to be despatched to both UK and overseas.
Sourcing and Development
In addition to packing we also have the packaging expertise and supply base to be able to offer advice to clients & source cost effective components. We have access to a wide range of reliable suppliers with whom we are ordering large quantities of board & plastic rigid packaging, flexible packaging, corrugate cartons, adhesives, labels and envelopes.
