All of our work is packed via hand assembly by our experienced team of approximately 70 packers. With this resource of packers we are able to turn around large complex orders within a short timeframe.
Single cards
We undertake a huge range of single card packing; including single bagging, affixing product labels and outer bagging into whatever quantity is required. We are capable of packing any size cards including jumbo sized cards.
Cards with hand applied attachments
We have huge experience in the hand finishing of cards and the application of attachments to cards and carry out on a regular basis the following operations:
- Gem application
- Spot Gluing of attachments
- Tipping In
- Hand folding & Gluing
- Labelling
- Eyeleting
- Badging
- Drilling
- Ribbon & Bow application

Multipacks of cards
In addition to single packing we are also experienced in the multi packing of cards. This includes packing into bags, acetate boxes and cardboard lid & base type boxes. We can then either pack direct into outer cartons or secondary pack into trays, as required by many of the High Street retailers.
Gift wrap
We are able if required to hand roll small runs of gift wrap, or alternatively pack folded wrap into bags with gift tags. We can also pack flat sheets of wrap into large poly bags.
Hand finished gift bags
Although normally a specialist procedure not usually undertaken in the UK, we have the experience and ability to fold and construct bags all by hand. This includes attaching handles and gift tags.
Gift Packs
In addition to our core business of greetings card packing, we are also able to undertake a variety of other packaged products such as Gift sets, table stationary, children's toys and pre-packaged food gifts.
Product Inspections & Rework
Quartet offer 100% Quality Control Inspections for Homeware, Gifts, Clothing & Toys.
Inspections are carried aginast the customers AQL requirments.
Quartet also offer a fast rework service to correct any product problems including re labelling, kimble tagging, shrink wrapping and re packaging.
